Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and tear down event equipment per vendor instructions
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and operational support during events
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Enforce safety protocols for equipment and attendee interactions
- Adapt to dynamic event schedules and last-minute changes
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Corpus Christi
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic equipment handling knowledge (training provided)
- Positive attitude under pressure with problem-solving abilities
