Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, audio-visual systems, and branded materials
- Execute guest check-in procedures and manage attendee flow using provided digital tools
- Operate event-specific equipment (e.g., registration kiosks, lighting controls, beverage stations)
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs to operations team
- Provide exceptional guest service while adhering to venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams using provided communication devices
- Teardown and secure all equipment post-event according to company standards
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to various event venues across Cincinnati
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic technical aptitude for operating event equipment
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Must pass background check and drug screening
