Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Prepare and maintain station cleanliness, sanitation standards, and inventory control
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies consistently
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and light cleaning duties
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with flexible evening availability (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to/from the Shoreline Drive location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
