Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening operations
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized public areas and guest facilities
- Handle basic cash register operations and POS transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening service flow
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols consistently
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Enrolled in high school, college, or university preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio location
