Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at concerts, festivals, corporate events, and private functions
- Manage attendee check-in, ticket verification, and crowd control protocols
- Assist with venue setup, equipment management, and post-event breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Enforce safety guidelines and emergency procedures as needed
- Collect and report attendee feedback and operational insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event management software preferred
