Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, corporate events, and sports venues
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, registration, and guest orientation activities
- Handle ticket scanning, seating guidance, and VIP guest coordination
- Collaborate with event teams to execute seamless operational flow
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
- Report venue issues and assist with emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Maryland ID and reliable transportation
- Previous event staffing or venue experience preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
