Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet attendees with a warm, professional smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Event Setup & Teardown: Assist in the efficient setup of registration tables, signage, and promotional materials before events.
- Crowd Management: Monitor event areas to ensure safety guidelines are followed and manage crowd flow effectively.
- Brand Representation: Uphold and represent company values with high energy and professionalism during all shifts.
- Information Desk: Answer questions, provide directions, and distribute promotional materials to guests.
- General Support: Perform various tasks as assigned by Event Managers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
