Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and VIP areas
- Manage attendee flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate event technology including check-in systems and badge scanners
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Act as a brand ambassador representing client values and professionalism
- Handle attendee inquiries with prompt and courteous responses
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures and crowd control
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
