Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences through professional crowd management and guest assistance
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures with precision
- Coordinate vendor operations and ensure timely setup/breakdown of event spaces
- Manage ticket scanning, access control, and VIP guest handling
- Maintain clean and organized event environments throughout shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event operations
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain pre-employment)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Nevada driver's license preferred for equipment transport roles
- Basic knowledge of event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
