Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest registration, check-in processes, and attendee flow at event venues
- Manage event setup, breakdown, and equipment logistics according to venue requirements
- Execute crowd control protocols and maintain safety standards during high-traffic periods
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries in real-time
- Collaborate with vendors, security teams, and event managers for operational synergy
- Conduct pre-event briefings and supervise staff deployment during shifts
- Document incidents and submit detailed post-event reports for quality improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
