Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive engagement and service excellence
- Manage venue setup, breakdown, and operational logistics with precision
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain pristine venue standards
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and adapt to changing conditions
- Execute event-specific activities including registration, crowd control, and VIP management
- Document event activities and provide detailed post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Previous hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
