Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event check-ins, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd flow, enforce venue policies, and ensure safety compliance
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces including furniture, signage, and equipment
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute seamless event logistics
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues diplomatically
