Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at concerts, conferences, and sporting events
- Manage guest flow, ticketing, and access control checkpoints
- Execute vendor coordination and setup/breakdown procedures
- Provide real-time support to event managers and security teams
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Respond swiftly to guest inquiries and emergency situations
- Document incidents and submit detailed post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Austin
- Professional demeanor under pressure
