Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Execute venue setup and breakdown according to event specifications
- Assist with crowd control and maintain safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and event team members
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
- Troubleshoot minor issues during live events
- Report post-event activities and observations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Availability for weekends and evening shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous hospitality or event experience a plus
