Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and venue operations according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration, check-in processes, and attendee flow control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Monitor inventory and manage event materials/equipment
- Support VIP handling and special guest services as required
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
