Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of event venues, including furniture arrangement, decoration, and technical equipment testing.
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional, energetic, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Manage ticketing, registration, and crowd control to ensure a smooth flow of attendees.
- Provide information and directions to attendees, serving as a brand ambassador for our clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the shift.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff members to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately for merchandise or ticket sales.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
