Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with the logistical setup and breakdown of event venues, including furniture arrangement and decoration.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment by managing crowd flow and addressing any immediate issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing attendees efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Handle cash handling and ticket scanning accurately and securely.
- Perform light cleaning and organization duties to uphold venue standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations across Anchorage.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Comfortable working remotely for planning and coordination sessions.
