- Provide concierge-level assistance to attendees and VIP guests
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Execute event-specific tasks like food service or activity coordination
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Report incidents and maintain detailed event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
