- Execute seamless guest registration and credentialing protocols
- Provide exceptional crowd management and venue navigation support
- Coordinate VIP hospitality areas with premium service standards
- Operate event technology systems including RFID scanners and mobile apps
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (80% event schedule)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and event apps
- Flexible attitude with problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
