Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in, credential verification, and directional assistance at event entrances and VIP areas
- Monitor crowd flow, enforce safety protocols, and de-escalate situations professionally
- Operate event-specific equipment including credential scanners, RFID systems, and barricades
- Collaborate with security, vendors, and venue staff to execute event timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot attendee inquiries promptly
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and post-event cleanup procedures
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with short notice
- Basic knowledge of crowd management techniques and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Nashville metro area
- Professional appearance and ability to adhere to dress codes
