Responsibilities
- Execute venue setup, breakdown, and operational protocols per event specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including ticket scanning, wayfinding, and information assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and safety protocols while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and event managers to resolve issues promptly
- Operate event equipment including audio-visual systems, staging, and point-of-sale terminals
- Document incident reports and operational feedback for continuous improvement
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation to Mesa venues
- Previous event hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for equipment transport roles)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
