Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support via phone, email, and remote desktop for enterprise clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to operating systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets within designated shift hours.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct basic hardware installations and software updates for onsite clients.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when assisting customers with technical frustrations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace required for remote support.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening and weekend shifts.
