Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including connectivity problems and account access queries.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when assisting frustrated or confused users.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new troubleshooting techniques to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule including evenings (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment if working remotely.
