Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment during evening and weekend hours.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory accuracy and update stock levels in real-time.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and operational continuity.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends without exception.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
