Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage store operations, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available for Evening and Weekend shifts.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
