Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening and weekend shifts to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and mentor part-time staff members to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct shift briefings to assign tasks and review performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in using handheld scanners and basic warehouse management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
