Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems in real-time
- Support inventory management and store operations during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend schedules (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software

- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
