Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints during evening/weekend shifts
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance and safety standards
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Support digital engagement initiatives including social media and in-app assistance
- Participate in weekend promotional events and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems
