Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening/weekend peak hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and inventory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit locations
