Responsibilities
- Manage evening and weekend staff scheduling and assignments
- Oversee venue operations during peak hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with security teams for safe crowd management
- Monitor inventory and stock levels during shifts
- Train new staff on evening-specific procedures
- Submit shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or event management experience
- Availability for evenings (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for venue transportation needs)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic POS system knowledge required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
