Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee station, utensils, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately for orders, payments, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Reliable with consistent punctuality and attendance
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred (training available)
