Responsibilities
- Coordinate evening/weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supplement staff during off-peak shifts, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Manage cross-functional communication between transportation, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Conduct quality audits and resolve operational discrepancies during evening shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and handover reports
- Lead weekend staff training sessions and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or shift management
- Proven ability to supervise teams during non-standard hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
