Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Monitor security cameras and store premises to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the team to execute daily operational goals and store promotions.
- Handle cash handling duties, including balancing drawers and preparing deposits.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a pristine workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
- A valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
