Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and retail floor, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately during evening hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage inbound and outbound merchandise with strict attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues during peak weekend hours.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure the storage area is organized and maintained to safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and strong verbal communication skills.
