Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Expertly navigate our seasonal Creole menu and wine pairings
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (4PM-11PM)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of New Orleans cuisine and local culture preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
