Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry to ensure a welcoming and professional store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general product inquiries.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual displays to ensure merchandise is organized and appealing.
- Handle cash handling, returns, and exchanges with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and free of clutter at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work.
- No prior retail or customer service experience required. We provide all training.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
