Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (3 PM - 11 PM, weekends)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise while maintaining store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
