Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile payment platforms
- Maintain visually appealing product displays and store cleanliness standards
- Operate inventory management systems for stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- 1+ years retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile technology
- Valid California driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
