Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (flexibility is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
