Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and organize displays to maintain visual standards
- Collaborate with team to execute weekend sales promotions and events
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during all shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4PM-10PM) and weekends consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Proficiency with digital POS systems
