Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge during evening/weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Operate cash registers and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Restock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold store security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
