Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 8 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain organized, visually appealing product displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Support promotional events and seasonal activities during peak hours
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (minimum 20 hours/week) and weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to/from our Wichita location
