Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising activities.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
