Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and problem-solving
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling store displays and promotions
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety compliance, and store presentation
- Participate in product training to stay current on new arrivals and features
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (including Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist in multiple store areas
- Must be 18+ years old to handle certain responsibilities
