Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, problem-solving, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Stock, organize, and merchandise displays to maintain visual standards and inventory accuracy
- Support team operations during peak evening and weekend hours with flexible scheduling
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the store environment
- Collaborate with staff to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the US
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
