Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during evening and weekend shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor part-time staff members during shifts.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate end-of-day reports.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
