Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide a high level of service.
- Execute end-of-day closing procedures, including cash management and drawer balancing.
- Restock shelves and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a seamless handover and accurate reporting.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency and experience with cash handling or POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently during quiet shifts.
