Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are priced and labeled correctly.
- Operational Support: Handle cash transactions accurately, process returns, and maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in securing the store, operating POS systems, and completing end-of-day reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
