Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays, ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and inventory audits.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is preferred.
