Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes in a professional and friendly manner.
- Shift Operations: Manage store or facility operations during peak evening and weekend hours, ensuring all standards are met.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex situations to management when necessary.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising to maintain an organized sales floor.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, manage cash registers, and balance drawers at the end of shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
